How It Works
A clear path from first message to finished work
No vague promises and no mystery invoices — every stage is explained before we arrive with tools, materials, and the right specialists for your property.
Process
Seven steps, one accountable team
Select a step to see what happens, who is involved, and what you receive before moving forward.
You tell us what is happening
Contact us by email or the contact form with a short description, photos if available, and your property location. We log the request and assign it to the right trade lead the same business day where possible.
- You receive acknowledgement with the next expected response window
- Urgent leaks or total power loss are prioritised in the queue
- No work is booked until you accept a written quote
By trade
How the process shifts by service type
The overall path stays the same — but the survey focus, materials lead time, and testing method change with the job.

Installation day
On site
What a typical installation day looks like
Tap a phase to see how we protect your property, coordinate trades, and keep you informed while work is underway.
Protection and access confirmed before tools are unpacked
The lead technician walks the route, confirms shut-offs, lays protection on floors, and verifies that materials on the van match the approved quote. You know who is on site and the sequence for the day.
Verification
Testing before we call it done
Commissioning is not a formality — it is how we confirm the installation matches the quote and operates safely under real conditions.
- Functional tests under normal load — not just power-on checks
- Drainage flow, pressure, or electrical measurements recorded where relevant
- Defects corrected before departure wherever time and materials allow
Before we quote
Surveys that prevent surprises later
Remote photos help, but most accurate quotes come from seeing routes, ceiling voids, outdoor placement, and electrical headroom in person.
If a return visit is needed because hidden conditions were impossible to assess remotely, we say so upfront — not after work has started.
