1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Where a separate written contract or quotation is issued for specific work, that document will prevail in the event of any conflict with these general terms.
2. About us
Our services are provided by:
Zynex Nova 2000 SL
Calle Ana Navarro Número 36 3 D
Alicante, Spain
Email: service@zynex-nova.com
References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Zynex Nova 2000 SL. References to “you” or “client” mean the person or organisation requesting or receiving our services.
3. Services we provide
Zynex Nova 2000 SL provides plumbing, installation of heating and air conditioning systems, electrical installations, repair and maintenance of air conditioning systems, and the sale of heating and air conditioning equipment, among related building services.
Service scope, materials, timelines, and pricing are defined in the written estimate or contract agreed before work begins. We reserve the right to decline work that falls outside our competence, licensing requirements, or safety standards.
4. Quotes and estimates
Written estimates are provided before work starts unless emergency attendance is requested and agreed otherwise. An estimate is based on information available at the time of assessment. If site conditions, access, regulations, or client requirements change, we may revise the scope and price after discussion with you.
Unless stated otherwise, estimates remain valid for the period specified in the quotation. Acceptance of a quote may require your written or electronic confirmation and, where applicable, a deposit.
5. Appointments, access, and site conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, including access to relevant plant rooms, roofs, electrical panels, and shut-off points. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed hazards may result in rescheduling fees or revised pricing.
You are responsible for informing us of known hazards, asbestos, concealed services, structural limitations, or restrictions imposed by landlords, communities of owners, or local authorities before work commences.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in euros unless otherwise stated and may exclude VAT or other applicable taxes where indicated. Payment terms are set out in your quotation or invoice. We may require a deposit for equipment orders, custom materials, or scheduled installation projects.
Late payment may result in suspension of further work, cancellation of outstanding appointments, or recovery of reasonable administrative costs permitted by law. Title to supplied equipment may remain with us until full payment is received where permitted by applicable law.
7. Warranties and workmanship
We perform services with reasonable skill and care and in line with applicable trade standards and manufacturer requirements. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms. Any workmanship warranty we provide will be stated in your quotation or invoice.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, lack of maintenance, external power or water failures, or work performed by third parties after our installation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate contact, billing, and property information;
- obtain necessary permissions from property owners, communities, or authorities;
- maintain systems in accordance with manufacturer and regulatory guidance after installation;
- notify us promptly of defects or concerns so that warranty rights are not affected;
- use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, copy, or reverse engineer its content or systems.
9. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations with insufficient notice, repeated missed appointments, or aborted visits due to denied access may incur a call-out or scheduling charge as stated in your quotation or communicated at booking.
We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, supply delays, or force majeure. In such cases we will work with you to arrange an alternative date.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU consumer protection law.
Where liability is not excluded, our total liability arising from a specific contract is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service or supply, except where a higher limit is required by mandatory law.
